Today i was on my way to work in the MRT. As usual it was crowded and i had to stand by a pillar. Then this auntie called out to me and told me there was a mysterious bug beside me on the floor...i got starled and move away... of all i fear most of is such small creppy creatures...If i were at home, i would for sure hide away far far...but i dun no y i just walked away...
That poor creature lost from the own gang in the world of "giant" and yet no one bothered to help him. Instead he was so sadly kicked to left and right. Everybody were just concerned that :"Hey cun come near me...go away"
What is this? U kicked i kicked, will that creatures disppeared, the next person and the next and the next who board the train will jst kept on kicking him...poor thing lor.."He" must be feeling very scary and still being kicked like tat...
I got so mad at such scenario i just took out 2 piece of tissue and walked up to the bug, squated down and picked "him" up and await the train to stop at the next station and free him out of the cabin. It happened one of the auntie who witnessed the whole scenario was alighting so i asked for her favour instead to brought "him" out. She agreed willingly. Oh thanks! At least she still got some conscience. She did kicked him twice too.
The most annoying scene through out was this big masculine goy who was wearing "Well Trained Guy - Nike" T-shirt is the worse guy i ever seen. He kicked it so many times and just hoping it will not come near him....so big size so masculine...wa lao a...at least be more gentleman ma...catch it and throw away or wat ma...like so niang....so scared of that bug...haiz......
This world is so selfish. Everybody just put themselves in the first place. Cant even help this poor little creature. So helpless, small and rigid...Where has all our good citizen teaching from our education gone? Why is everybody so self centre? To creature is like tat, what about to work , to family or to friends? Creatures are a living thing too just in another shape and dun no how to talk...
SAD.....

Dun no why i m so tired recently...very lethargic and low...prob "auntie" on visit...has been having this "PCOS" since dun no when...wonder wil get cure one day or wil get worsen....Being having health supplement recently....hopt it wil imrpove it...Once a gynae did mentioned tat:if u not planning to have kids then is ok,need not go for any surgery...just leave it....but it has been affecting my health, my body, my weight....wat kind of gynae is that i wonder?Or is it i worry too much?
Today i went swimming and this thought came to me....when we dun see some kids for a while...and then when we c them, our first reaction will be:"wow , such grown up le!" wow, now pri 3 already? so fast....WE see kids progress as years passes by..be it age, size, behaviour...we can see their imrpovements their growth...but we adult when we reached a certain age....everything seems to have stop....or slow down...no progression no improvement...5 years still hanging on to the same job same position same pay, wearing the same clothes...Is this what one meant by:We Are really old le? WE are going down fr another peak in our life? How are we going to continue from here? Can we build another peak or just lead life as it is and be contented? Hmm...i wonder is there people like me thinking of the same issue? Asking themselves should they turn right or left or go straight in the next junction?

Vision Board – The Missing Link In The Secret
The vision board is a powerful, graphical visualization tool to help you use the Law of Attraction to your own benefit. Also called The Treasure Map, or the Graphical Psyche Map, it focuses the mind so that you draw to yourself the things you want to see in your life come to you.
Like all techniques using the power of the Law of Attraction, the vision board requires that you understand fully the implications of the powerful forces you’re drawing on. The Law of Attraction means that like draws to like, and you need to be careful for what you wish for – because you’re likely to get either it, or be battered around by the way the Law of Attraction is used subconsciously by other people in your life. A vision board is a collage, or map, of pictures, and words and symbols that represent the positive influences you want to invite into your life, and can be used as not just a road map to future happiness and success, but as a means of deflecting the negative influences away from you.
To make a vision board, clear your mind of all extraneous thoughts, for a good 10-15 minutes before starting this project. A good vision board should be something that you can focus on, and have it fill the entirety of your peripheral vision while you’re focused on the center. To populate your vision board, collect a series of magazines, pictures, and inspirational words and poems that mean a lot to you. You’ll also need a white glue stick or tape, and some scissors.
After clearing your mind for 15 minutes, spread the pictures and images around you. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, holding your breath for a count of three heartbeats, with your eyes closed. Focus on the things you want to draw into your life, and open your eyes as you release your breath and all the tension in your body – one of the images on the floor will pop out at you. Pick it up, see how it makes the connection with the process you were visualizing, and cut it out. Repeat – close your eyes, inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth after a hold of five beats…and focus on what you want to pull into your life. Keep doing this while you can feel the energy cycle through you; when the energy fades, it’s time to collate what you’ve got.
Don’t be judgmental about what your subconscious mind has picked out – that’s the negativity trying to re-establish the equilibrium of the Law of Attraction. What you’re doing is very powerful, and it’s like placing a rock in a rapidly flowing stream of other people’s subconscious manipulations of reality – don’t get tugged into the currents of it by being overly critical. Just place the elements you selected on your vision board. We recommend sorting them by a sense of resonance – the most resonant images should go in the center, and work out from there, layering them as you go. You’ll find that as you work with your hands on the images your subconscious mind has selected, that you’ll make associations you weren’t expecting. Eventually, you’ll have a vision board to use as a roadmap for achieving your dreams and lifelong goals.

Why do some people attract all the Luck?
Are you interested to know why some people attract all the luck while others never get the breaks they deserve? Recently a good friend of mine sent me an article that provided some insight into this question. One of the tips mentioned in the article is to visualize
Ten years ago, Professor Richard Wiseman (a psychologist) from University of Hertfordshire, set out to examine luck. He wanted to know why some people are always in the right place at the right time, while others consistently experience ill fortune. He placed advertisements in national newspapers asking for people who felt consistently lucky or unlucky to contact him.
Hundreds of extraordinary men and women volunteered for his research and over the years, he has interviewed them, monitored their lives and had them take part in experiments.
The results reveal that although these people have almost no insight into the causes of their luck, their thoughts and behavior are responsible for much of their good and bad fortune. Take the case of seemingly chance opportunities. Lucky people consistently encounter such opportunities, whereas unlucky people do not.
He carried out a simple experiment to discover whether this was due to differences in their ability to spot such opportunities. He gave both lucky and unlucky people a newspaper, and asked them to look through it and tell me how many photographs were inside. He had secretly placed a large message halfway through the newspaper saying: “Tell the experimenter you have seen this and win $50.”
This message took up half of the page and was written in type that was more than two inches high. It was staring everyone straight in the face, but the unlucky people tended to miss it and the lucky people tended to spot it. Unlucky people are generally more tense than lucky people, and this anxiety disrupts their ability to notice the expected.
As a result, they miss opportunities because they are too focused on looking for something else. They go to parties intent on finding their perfect partner and so miss opportunities to make good friends. They look through newspapers determined to find certain types of job advertisements and miss other types of jobs.
Lucky people are more relaxed and open, and therefore see what is there rather than just what they are looking for. His research eventually revealed that lucky people generate good fortune via four principles. They are skilled at creating and noticing chance opportunities, make lucky decisions by listening to their intuition, creating self-fulfilling prophesies via positive expectations, and adopt a resilient attitude that transforms bad luck into good.
Towards the end of the work, Professor Richard Wiseman wondered whether these principles could be used to create good luck. He asked a group of volunteers to spend a month carrying out exercises designed to help them think and behave like a lucky person.

How does one know its value? By receiving comments from others?
Today I was commented by someone who do not know me well enough and yet hit straight on the dot.....Should i be happy or sad? I should take it positively and see it as a guidance for me to improve my weakness, isnt it?
I am confused...I am getting low esteem...i m runiing on very low batt...I cant find my value..i value people judgement on me and yet i found myself selective hearing....That is slowly killing me...

Tired and weary we r all surviving thru our daily lives...doing things that we hate...doing things that we cant enjoy...Thru indulging oneself in some ways to forget our sorrows....SAD...
Y cant everyone find something in life that they can love, can enjoy, can wake up every morning and said: "Hey good Morning to me and today will be the most enjoyable day ..."
In Singapore, everyones try to find their own destination, their own worth. Often one gets too indulge in achieving and finding their self worth, they forget what they already have and lost it. Holding on to things, memories, power they hold and make others suffer in order to achieve what they think is the best for themselves...
What is this world coming to...
